Meet The Team
Dr Stacey Medway
Chiropractor & Director
After completing a Master of Chiropractic degree at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, I came to Dunedin to work as an associate chiropractor for Warren Browne in July 2012. I loved it here so much that I bought the practice and took over in November 2013.
I became a gym instructor and personal trainer after studying at RMIT, Melbourne in 2006/07 and added group fitness instructor to my qualifications when I returned to Wales to study chiropractic.
My background in fitness combined with the training I have completed with TPI
(Titleist Performance Institute) and FICS (International Federation of Sports Chiropractic) leads to a confident and hands-on approach when working with athletes and sports related injuries.
I also really enjoy working with chronic pain clients, particularly those experiencing headaches, migraines, disc and nerve related pain as well as chronic posture related problems.
My aim for the clinic is to expand the services available while always ensuring we provide superior care to the local community.
Deb Webb
Physiotherapist
With a background in national and international artistic gymnastics, Deb discovered her passion for physiotherapy at just nine years old. She went on to qualify as a UK-registered Physiotherapist in 1996 and began her career working across both the National Health Service and the private sector.
Over the years, Deb progressed into a senior clinical role, where she led a team of junior physiotherapists—mentoring, teaching, and managing care with a particular focus on musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
After taking time away from clinical work to raise her five sons, Deb and her family relocated to Dunedin in 2008. For the past 11 years, she held a clinic management role, before returning to hands-on practice as an ACC-accredited physiotherapist and reconnecting with the work she is most passionate about.
Deb’s dedicated to helping clients recover from both acute and chronic conditions through personalised treatment and functional rehabilitation programmes. By combining clinical expertise with a hands-on approach, Deb aims to provide each client with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to actively manage their recovery and long-term health.
Dr Jim Webb
Osteopath & Physiotherapist
Our colleague is now located overseas. However, most of Jim's clients are choosing to continue care with our physiotherapist Deb or chiropractor Stacey.
The whole team are available to continue providing treatment when you need it.
If you have an active ACC claim or need to lodge a new injury you can see Deb, Dr Stacey or Wendy (acupuncture). For non-ACC treatments and body work, we also have our massage team available.
Wendy Reynolds PhD
Acupuncturist & Exercise Rehab Provider
Originally from Yorkshire, I emigrated in 2006 with a year in Adelaide before settling in New Zealand. We finally made the move from the North Island to Otago in 2022.
Over the years I have been drawn towards gentler acupuncture techniques (inspired by the Japanese approach). My aim is to provide an effective treatment in the most relaxing way, to support the nervous system to rest, reset, and restore.
I am passionate about rehabilitation, and love to help clients connect with movements that provide a sense of connection between their mind and body whilst also aiding recovery.
In my late 20s, a back injury led me on a journey from chronic pain to qualifying as an acupuncturist in 2004, and soon after I trained in Pilates before studying physiotherapy. A wrist injury led to a surgery (and a second chronic pain encounter) that curtailed working as a physio but enabled me to incorporate the knowledge I gained to approach acupuncture from both Eastern and Western perspectives, with a particular interest, and a lived experience of, chronic pain.
The past decade has been a yoga deep-dive whilst keeping my Pilates rehab skills up to date. I am fascinated by how an awareness of the body influences health, particularly through movement and meditation, and supporting clients to access mind/body awareness. This curiosity led to a PhD that explored how yoga can support a healthy lifestyle. Facilitating clients to move well and live well inspires me to continually learn and develop as a rehab practitioner.
Louise Journee
Massage Therapist
I am a Level 6 Remedial Massage Therapist, Massage New Zealand registered and Southern Cross accredited, with a dedicated focus on women’s health.
My work is guided by a wellness-centred philosophy, blending clinical skill with a calming, nurturing approach to support pain relief, postural ease, and overall body balance.
I also have an interest in sports massage and am a sub-contractor to the Highlanders Rugby Team, providing both pre-season and in-season massage.

Gemma Tweedie
Massage Therapist
Gemma is an attentive and qualified massage therapist with a Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation Massage.
She came to massage after working in the arts for ten years in Europe. With experience supporting basketball and rugby teams, she is now expanding her skills through further study in remedial massage.
Gemma believes regular massage, as part of a health plan, can help reduce chronic pain and improve general health. It can also strengthen body awareness and play a valuable role in recovery, performance, and mental health.
Whether you need relief from muscle tension, support in recovering from sports activities, or simply a moment of peace and relaxation, Gemma is committed to helping you achieve your wellness goals with personalised care and focus.

Allison Beck
Clinic Receptionist
Hi there, I'm Allison.
I'm originally from Waihōpai/Invercargill, but always loved Ōtepoti/Dunedin and moved here in 2001.
My passions are making art, leadlighting, propagating and planting native plants, building, local and Māori history.
I live locally with my partner Phil, and spend my spare time fixing up our 1860s cottage, camping, gardening, and dancing around listening to records.
Having had little prior experience in reception work, I am enjoying my role at Knox. Everyone is supportive and great to work with, and I feel lucky to be a part of the team here.
I am here to help, so give me a call, and let's get you on the road to better health.

Stanley
CEO
Prior to working at KRC, I spent many years in the tech sector.
Most of my career has seen me involved with large corporates such as Zoom(ies) and Facebark.
I'm now ready to work with this fantastic, local organisation and expand my career options within the health and wellness industry.
