Experienced Administrator Required

KRC is excited to welcome onboard our next Clinic Administrator. Our current team member, Lisa, is relocating in February 2024. We are looking to have our replacement join us mid-January and undergo a thorough handover and training process with Lisa and Stacey (Clinic Director).

The role is client-facing. With this in mind, applicants will be of a friendly and professional disposition, organised and have high levels of computer literacy. Our clinic is mostly paper-free and we use a variety of cloud-based software programs to operate an efficient and modern business.

Essential Skills Required: -

  • Professional, friendly & organised.

  • Customer service experience.

  • High computer literacy & experience with cloud-based software.

  • Good communicator.

  • Ability to converse with a variety of demographics.

  • Can work autonomously & problem solve.

  • Attention to detail.


Key Role Tasks: -

  • Open & closing procedures.

  • Meet & greet patients.

  • Answer & return calls / emails.

  • Make appointments on practice management system.

  • Process patient payments.

  • Process ACC / Insurance invoicing.

  • Payment reconciliation.

  • Debtors management.

  • Banking & payroll prep.

  • Provide admin support to practitioners.

  • Carry out varying administrative duties as & when required for Clinic Director.

  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness of clinic facilities & clinic laundry.

  • Check, report & order stock.

  • Modifying reception processes.

  • Basic marketing and advertising preparation.

  • Creating social media and marketing posts.

The clinic is always looking at ways that it can improve its services and processes and welcomes our new administrator to come and make their mark in assisting with the progression of this role.

This position comes with full training provided by the current administrator and director.
The start date is Monday 22 January 2024 and it is a full time (40hrs), permanent role.
Monday - Friday 830am - 5pm.
Payscale is mid $20's/hr.

Knox Rehab Clinic is looking to expand its team of professionals. We provide a fantastic team environment with an emphasis on work-life balance and flexibility. 

 

We offer contractor positions starting at 50% commission per treatment and scale up to 70% commission for full-time team members. 

All of the hard work has been done on processes and procedures, which allows practitioners to concentrate solely on their patient management. The clinic will support memberships to local networking groups such as BNI to help establish referrals and social networks for those that may be new to Dunedin. 

We are currently looking for: 

  • Massage Therapists (minimum of Level 6 Diploma in Advanced Therapeutic Massage essential). 

  • Naturopath

  • Physiotherapist

  • Acupuncturist
